1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the type of course or session purchased:

  • One-on-One Coaching Sessions: Refund requests for single sessions must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session start time.
  • Course Packages: For multi-session packages, refund requests must be submitted within [X] days of the purchase date, provided that no more than [Y]% of the sessions have been completed.
2. Non-Refundable Fees

Certain fees are non-refundable, including:

  • Registration or administrative fees, if applicable.
  • Fees for materials provided as part of the course or session.

4. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

5. Course Cancellations by Language Counselors

If a course or session is canceled by Language Counselors due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide you with alternative rescheduling options. If rescheduling is not possible, you will be eligible for a full refund for the canceled session or course.
